    any of these would work for me if i can send it to backburner, working on a project now where i would love to have this

    ever tried switching renderer to scanline? ;-)

    my 2 cents:

    one does not really need one tool for everything (in the same as way as one can use different brushes for one painting)

    that is not to discourage Karba from developing features people want (and are good for the product) but I feel there are things that would be nice to see first that are not that easy to work around...

      This is quite a lot of work at the moment. I will try to implement it in the future.

        you cant do that, its for scenes like the one am doing now where in the room there are panels that need to be rendered, 22 of them and all in animation sequence, so in all about 3000 images, problem is infront are some furniture so its either mask them out in the end or render selected like in vray and no need for that tonne of work after, in the end i had to use vray but it would be lovely to have this in fstorm, i use fstorm for almost everything these days so its nice to stay in one place
