Hello!, There's a way to add a different color or background when you have the HDRI on? I mean, having the HDRI on and lighting the scene, but invisible to the render camera on the background. Thanks!.

No, it is not possible at the moment. You can do render with alpha on and insert a background in photoshop or any other software.
